Please note that this product has been hand-dyed using traditional techniques, which may result in slight color bleeding during the first few washes. We recommend dry-cleaning this garment to preserve its rich colors and intricate embroidery.

For best results and to maintain the quality of the fabric, please avoid machine washing or soaking the garment or hand-washing and dry in shade.

At Tamarrind, each product is thoughtfully crafted to ensure it’s unique. Depending on the type of product:
 

• Linen and Digital Print Products: Please allow 10-15 days for production before dispatch.

• Hand Embroidered Products : Please allow 15-20 working days for production before dispatch.

Batik Products: Due to the intricate, handmade process of creating the fabric, production takes around 30-45 days before dispatch.

• Once ready, we’ll notify you and provide tracking details for your shipment. Thank you for supporting craftsmanship and slow, sustainable fashion.
  Domestic Delivery in 4-5 business days.
  International Delivery in 8-10 business days.

Due to the unique charm of our  handmade items, slight variations in colour from the pictured product will occur, as each piece is individually crafted with care for every customer and that states the beauty and one of a kind pieces. For this reason for colour variation we cannot offer refunds

In case of a product defect (i.e holes or cuts in the fabric) it can be exchanged within 5 days of recieving order. To exchange an item just email us on thehouseoftamarind@gmail.com. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

We advise you to make a video on the initial opening of our product to make exchange possible.
